WARRANTY STATEMENT

Any Firestik® or Road Pal® product that fails due to defects in workmanship and/or materials will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of the manufacturer, to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Warranty periods are as follows.

ANTENNAS, FIBERGLASS *** 5 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to Firestik, Firestik II, Firefly, RoadPal, and all other fiberglass antennas.

ACCESSORIES, STAINLESS STEEL *** 2 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to all stainless steel antenna mounts and accessories.

ALL OTHER ITEMS *** 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to wire whip antennas, non-stainless steel mounts and accessories, coaxial cables, speakers.

Damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence (i.e. hitting overhead objects, improper installation) are considered to be avoidable circumstances and therefore, are not covered by this warranty.

Take the product and receipt and place in a shipping carton.. The product must be returned directly to the factory. You pay shipping to Firestik … Firestik pays shipping back to you.
